Day 198-233 (Tunnel Photoshoot)

First, I would like to apologize for not posting pictures for so long.  My editing system was down, and I was having trouble getting it working again.

I haven't used my flash to much, but my friends and I had some fun playing around with it in this tunnel.  Enjoy!

Did someone forget a little girl in a tunnel?  How sad!

  1. Is this in the wash tunnel that goes along mountain view? The pictures are great but I have to say if it is that area has been reported to have lethal spores that if inhaled can be really dangerous.
I dont like sounding very ominous but be careful.

  2. Welcome back, we have missed you. Now let's see some of France.

  3. After commenting on Miranda's Facebook tunnel photo, she referred me here. I attempted to take similar shots about 1.5 years ago but it was raining so we left for fear of being swept to the ocean. It's really cool that you captured some amazing shots. The subtlety I like most are the webs. Also, how did you trigger your flash, is your camera capable by itself or do you need a trigger (or other method)?

  4. @Ryan. First of all, thanks a bunch for checking out my pics. It really makes me happy that people enjoy my pictures.
Were you taking the pictures in that same tunnel? We didn't have any rain, but Emily and I did have to remove a dying gofer which was trapped down there.
Yes my camera is capable of talking to my flash without an external divice, such as a Wizard or a Cactus. Though it doesn't work if you get farther away. Most nikons have the communicator built into the camera. Canon does not. Because it was so dark in the tunnel, I had to use a flash light focus on the face of the person and then take the picture.
