Day 24 (service project wrapping presents)

As a service project for our youth group, we wrapped presents for elderly people.

Day 23 (Edgar Degas' Little Dancer)

Recreating Edgar Degas' "Little Dancer of Fourteen Years".  Thank you to Emily for being my little dancer.

Day 22 (pool table)

Over Thanksgiving I attempted to play pool.  Instead of hitting the ball, I smashed my knuckles into the side of the table.  This is a very dangerous game.

Day 21 (ukulele)

I am now attempting to learn to play the ukulele.

Day 20 (pumpkin carving)

Since I did not have time to carve a pumpkin at Halloween, I did a Thanksgiving pumpkin carving.

Day 19 (Thanksgiving)

Thanksgiving was spent with the relatives from my Dad's side of the family.  The one tragic (in my opinion) event of the night was that everyone assumed someone else was bringing mashed potatos and thus, no mashed potatos... But the pie was very good.  This is my Uncle Darryl's famous apple pie

I told Amy to give me her "I just lost my best friend" look.

Day 17 (paint splatter nail art)

Despite what you see, I did Amy's nails, though she was very patient to let me do them.  The paint splatters are my new favorite pattern.
